Mütek™ PCD-04 Particle Charge Detector The Mütek PCD-04 has been developed from the renowned Mütek PCD-03 Particle Charge Detector for detection of anionic trash and characterization of chemical additive performance. It is normally used with an autotitrator for charge determination in the laboratory. It may be fitted optionally with a pH meter for isoelectric point determinations.
Mütek™ PCD-T3 Autotitrator The Mütek PCD-T3 is designed specifically to operate with the Mütek PCD's. It features advanced titration control in fixed increment, dynamic and "semi-dynamic" modes for highest accuracy.
Mütek™ PCD-04 Travel Particle Charge Detector The Mütek PCD-04 is also available with an integrated titration module as the Mütek PCD-04 Travel for easy travelling and charge determinations on site.
Mütek™ SZP-06 System Zeta Potential The instrument determines zeta potential on papermaking fibres from measurement of the streaming potential across a fibre pad. It enables the assessment of the effectiveness of chemical additions for the optimisation of opacity, formation and wet and dry strengths in the papermachine wet end.
Mütek™ DFR-05 Drainage Freeness Retention The Mütek™ DFR-05 measures drainage and retention of wet end samples in conditions simulating those before and during sheet formation. Chemical dosing is automatic and filtrate consistency can be measured directly with the optional RET-20 Lab sensor. This is an ideal tool for use in conducting drainage and retention aid trials. Lastly, the instrument also offers freeness testing. The results can be in °SR or CSF.
